If the founders can’t align, how will the AEs?
I was an advisor to a startup. I spent a day with them, asking the team about some platform capabilities.
the CEO said, “Hell yeah we can do it”.
the CTO said, “I don’t know, ask the head of product”.
The head of product said “we could do it with 12 caveats.
The internal product capability matrix we just released said , “we can’t”.
